the apartment is 75 sq. meters and it includes 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a small bathroom (shower only), and a
kitchen with all facilities (washing machine, microwave, stove, lots of "cooking tools"). It was recently painted and
renovated with new hardwood floors. You will notice that there are still few details that need to be finished, but it is
definitely in a very liveable condition. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift. Be aware that there is no elevator
and that you have to go up 5 floors, but the staircase is an easy one and will keep you in good shape! The apartment is
very quiet both at night and during the day. It is also very sunny with sklights in all the bedrooms and living space ---
offering a relaxing environment. The windows facing the stairwell are lined with plants which adds to making the
environment more homey and pleasent. The apartment has lots of character and a unique distribution, ideal for a young
couple willing to spend a fabulous time.
There are three bedrooms. One by the front door which includes a foam bed (90 cm) that fits one person. This room is
more private, however it does not have a door. The second room is also open (in picture) with no door -- but, it is off the
living room and does not offer much privacy. The bed (110 cm) in this room fits one person or maybe two small children.
The master bedroom has the third bed which fits a couple (120 cm) and squeaks a little bit during certain activities ... ;).
Seriously, the beds are not brand new and wouldnt be the most comfortable for people who are hoping to spend all day in
bed. There is a small sofa which can accomodate one extra person, but is not very comfortable.
