restaurants and shops, the apartment is 75 sq. meters and it includes 2
bedrooms, a large living room, a small bathroom, and a kitchen with all
facilities (washing machine, microwave, stove, lots of "cooking tools"),
hardwood floors. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift. Be aware
that there is no elevator and that you have to go up 5 floors, but the
staircase is an easy one and will keep you in good shape! The apartment
is very quiet both at night and during the day. It is also very sunny with
skilghts in all the bedrooms and living space --- offering a relaxing
environment. The windows facing the stairwell are lined with plants which
adds to making the environment more homey and pleasant. The
apartment has lots of character and a unique distribution, ideal for a
young couple willing to spend a fabulous time.
This room is more private, however it does not have a door. The master bedroom has a larger queen bed which fits a
couple (150 cm). The living room has a futon-sofa which can be opened and transformed into a third bed. There is also a
large and confortable air mattress which can also be used if needed. There is also a large room which is currently used as a
studio and offers a relaxing environment for reading or working. Finally there is a small storage room were cleaning supplies
food and other items can be stored.
