come, this is your country home. Bielva is a
typical rural village of the valley that has
been restored respecting the original
architecture and using the original
materials, stone and wood. Placed in the
north-wet side of Cantabia, Bielva is close
to the coast (8 km) and the magnificent
natural park of Picos de Europa. The fishing
town of San Vicente de la Barquera is only
12 km from Bielva. In this town there are
supermarkets, a medical center, bus
station, tourist office and other services.
The Saja valley is surrounded by meadows
and oak, beech and holly forests, Deer, wild
boar, roe-deer, etc ... Its varied wildlife
benefits from the enormous natural
resources of the area and the sparse
