The town of Saron is quite but large enough so you will find bars, restaurants
cafes, supermarkets, health center, swimming pool (indoors and utdoors)and a
bus station with connections to other places in Cantabria. Itis a perfect location to
explore Cantabria. It is only 20 minutes to santander and its airport, 45 minutes fro
the natural park of Picos de Europa and only 5 minutes to the Nature Park of
Cabarceno (a drive through park with animals from Africa and Europe). Other local
atractions include beaches at 20 minutes distance, the medieval town of
Santillana del Mar 20 minutes and the traditional "Pasiego Valleys" at 15 minutes.
